As our whole society has become increasingly aware of safety and emphasizes the importance preventing accidents, airline cabin service sector is also facing a strong demand to improve practical system for aviation education. In this regard, development appropriate education programs getting human resources who can develop operate such are becoming key issues. This study aims provide academic implications training in cabins by reconfirming direction context services, specifying establishing qualification requirements personnel programs. To end, we review content that should be included programs, qualifications required developers, managers, instructors, examiners or how continually improved as relevant conditions change future. addition, have suggested ways train examiners, including improving compensation them, effectively manage trainees. order secure higher level future, it will necessary continue research on more diverse high-quality related personnel.
